She was right on the money as the unit had a contract on it in about a week for full price. We do not live in Tampa, so we needed her to shepherd the deal through the entire process and she was there to make sure nothing fell through the cracks. But wait, there's more. She knew we didn't want/need much of the furnishings in the place, so she coordinated moving out everything we didn't want to keep and getting it donated to a local charity that was very thankful to get it.
